CODE OF CONDUCT

Wolves of Amarok (WoA) Code of Conduct pertains to each member who is a part of the WoA community and needs to be followed by each individual. We strive to have an ethical and professional moral within our community. Failure to comply with these rules and regulations will result in a removal from Wolves of Amarok. The Code of Conduct should be read by each person who joins the WoA family and be read at least once a month in meetings across the community as it is a set of behaviour standards our members must follow.
------------------------------------------------------
1. Terms and Services. All members of Wolves of Amarok are expected to Read and follow the Code of Conduct, Rules, and Policies wherever applicable. As well, they must follow all terms, services, and other supplementary rules for Xbox, and Discord while being a member of our community. Failure to comply with these will result in a removal from Wolves of Amarok.

2. Be Professional. Be Respectful. This means respecting all members and non-members with the appropriate admiration be it; age, gender, sexual orientation, colour, race, religion, or disability. Other unacceptable forms of conduct include, harassment or bullying (i.e. language, sexual harassment, and suicide). All leadership is to display proper conduct and professionalism at all times. Every member is entitled to equal levels of professionalism, and any disrespect will not be tolerated.

3. Take pride in your membership. This means all members are not permitted to be a part of any other clan, community, or gaming organizations while being a member of our community. Everyone should be in proper Uniform at all times and understand that being part of WoA is a privilege, and should be treated as such. Support the representation of Wolves of Amarok, and make sure others are too. Our members are encouraged, (but not required) to change their gamer tag to reflect being part of WoA. You should be proud to represent the community you actively game with.

4. Follow the Chain of Command. The Chain of Command is our ranking structure, the hierarchy to help resolve any conflicts in our community. Through using the Chain of Command, you should take issues to your squad leaders, or other leadership and go up the chain one rank at a time until the issue is resolved. Jumping the Chain of Command may result in disciplinary actions depending on the infraction of the problem.

5. Poaching is not permitted.  Do not coax or otherwise divert members to leave the clan. Poaching members is prohibited and will result in an immediate blacklist.

6. Communicate and Participate. As a member of Wolves of Amarok, you are expected to spend a reasonable amount of time engaging with the clan and participating in the activities. (i.e. game nights, workshops, and meetings). You should be on Discord, and fulfilling your responsibilities regularly. It is also as equally important to respond as soon as possible to leadership as it may be urgent. Your participation helps to keep the community active!

7. Be Mindful. Be Honest. Maintain and uphold professional boundaries with each other including but not limited to sexual misconduct and non-sexual boundaries. Remember, our community age requirements start at 15 years of age. Therefore, when communicating in parties and on our discord servers be mindful out of respect for these players.

8. Don’t Cheat. Play fair. Any form of hacking, modding, and any other illegal actions are prohibited. Using assisted cheats to gain an unfair advantage of other players is disrespectful to those trying to enjoy the game. Do not leave another member behind in a game just because it has you frustrated. If you need to leave, wait until the match is over and inform your teammates first before leaving. “Rage-quitting” will not be accepted, and you will be given a warning. Don’t exclude a member from playing with other members just because you do not get along, this will not be tolerated.
------------------------------------------------------
All members within the WoA community have the right to feel safe and respected. If you do not understand something, or you see someone else breaking the rules your concerns shouldn’t go unheard. We expect that our members seek guidance from those more knowledgeable if they are feeling unsure about something. You are valued and your voice should be heard in times of need.
------------------------------------------------------
Disclaimer: This Code of Conduct is to be upheld and followed by all members of Wolves of Amarok at all times. Any violations of the Code of Conduct regardless of your age, rank, or activity may result in disciplinary action including a warning, rank suspension, or blacklist from the community.
