  • 1. Community Name & Tag
    The name of the community is Wolves of Amarok and the appropriate acronym to be displayed in an individuals gamertag must be: WoA This tag can be displayed anywhere within ones gamertag, and is completely optional until the individual wishes to surpass the rank of Hunter. However, its officially accepted tag must be displayed as shown above.
  • 2. "V""
    The "V" at the end of ones gamertag signifies that this member represents the Wolves Council. A member may receive permission to use the "V" without being on the Council only if they have done something outstanding or remarkable for the community. such as splitting multiple squads. Any member caught with the "V" without earning it shall be placed on a permanent mute within the community and will not be able to participate or communicate with WoA
  • 3. Squad
    A group of 30-40 members that play and communicate with each other
  • 4. Squad Transfer
    When an individual is moved to another squad, with permission from their Ancient , or Spirit squad leader.
  • 5. Squad Merging
    The act of one or more squads combining to become one squad.
  • 6. Squad Split
    Similar to a Squad merging. However, instead of two squads combining, one squad splits in half to create a new squad.
  • 7. Poaching
    Coaxing or diverting a member to leave the community.
  • 8. Blacklist
    A list of members who pose a threat to the community. Whether that be due to harassment, rule breaking, or stealing members for person gain.
  • 9. Membership Revoke
    When an individual is removed from WoA, who otherwise hasn't been a threat to the community. Although, have broken the Code of Conduct.
  • 10. Recruit
    A recruit is a potential member who wishes to join our community. Someone who has either sent in an application to our community, or has been invited to join WoA through other registered members.
  • 11. Uniform
    A uniform is what identifies you as part of our community. It is displayed on the players console profile and identifies what Clan, Squad and Rank they are. It is the individuals responsibility to continually update this accordingly.
  • 12. CMS
    The Clan Management System which organizes the WoA members and which squads they are apart of.
  • 13. Chain of Command
    The Chain of Command is our ranking structure, the hierarchy to help resolve any conflicts in our community.
  • 14. Acting Duties
    When a member is acting as a substitute, they are representing this member and completing that members assigned duties in their absence.
  • 15. Mentor
    Someone who is knowledgeable and is able to guide a lower ranking member through the Chain of Command.
  • 16. Activity Check
    A message commonly done through discord, or on desired consoles to ensure the activity with each member in a squad and community.
  • 17. Security Check
    A security Check is essentially a background check, however, this is done on the entire squad as a whole.
  • 18. Background Check
    A background check is performed during the process of a member joining. A member MUST be checked for the appropriate community requirements.
  • 19. Security Risk
    A member or non-member may be deemed a security risk if they have threatened WoA, attempted to poach a member, known as a hacker or modder, etc.
  • 20. Do Not Hire (DNH)
    An individual with this status is not deemed a threat, however they have been uncooperative or not fulfilling of their responsibilities within WoA.
  • 21. Leave of Abesnse (LOA)
    A member may take an LOA if they are unable to fully commit to their duties due to personal reasons; vacation, illness, work, etc. However, it must be approved by a higher-ranking member.
  • 22. Rage-Quitting
    This is known as "leaving a man behind." Rage-quitting leaves your team, squad, or other members a man short and ruins the game for everyone else. If the game has you frustrated, please back out after the match is over.
  • 23. Rank Suspension
    A member who has broken the rules, regulations, or Code of Conduct and was given a suspension based on their infraction.
  • 24. Active Status
    When a member is considered active, and participating in community activities on a regular basis
  • 25. Rewards Program (RP)
    A program to recognize achievements, nominate, and award those who contribute to the community
  • 26. Pathways
    A pathway is what an individual decides to choose. Wolves of Amarok has two options one can take to become a more active participant in the community. Leisure Pathway: For those joining the community for the first time and want to have minimal responsibility. They start to learn the rules, and participate in the community and meet new friends. Their only obligation is to recruit and stay actice. Directorial Pathway: A more structured environment for those who enjoy running squads and being involved with community activities. These members make sure that Wolves of Amarok is running at its full potential.
  • 30. Reward Points Program (RPP)
    A program to recognize achievements, nominate, and award those who contribute to the community.
