Shadows of Nonsense was created June 23rd, 2019. The owners of Wolves of Amarok opened SoNs as a hub for gaming communities to come together and socialize. Bringing like-minded individuals together to share experiences and meet new friends. For the first while SoNs had four communities that came together to game. However, most of the clans disbanded only leaving two left who are still partnered today. The Wolves of Amarok owners thought it would be a good idea at the time to close SoNs until another opportunity came around. 

On July 2nd, 2020 they rebranded SoNs to the Shadows of Nonsense Cooperative. Providing an environment for anyone that enjoys gaming, streaming, socializing, and even being creative with visual art. The owners were able to initially keep their goal of bringing like-minded people together in a reformed community. The SoNs Cooperative is welcoming to anyone who wishes to build new friendships, get inspired, and create a networking platform for themselves. 

Since Shadows of Nonsense is ran by the same individuals who own Wolves of Amarok, it provides an easier outlook for those who are wishing to join a more structured community. The owners run both communities, and operate them separate and differently because they recognize that individuals have different interests when it comes to gaming and content creating. Providing an environment for both community styles allows for better organization and gives their members the opportunities they are looking for.
